Accessibility

Last updated: 20 Oct 2026

We want everyone to be able to use the Upper Nar Gardeners website.

How accessible the site is

The site is built with Google Sites. Google Sites supports screen readers, keyboard navigation and zooming up to 200%, and it works on phones and tablets.

We know of some limitations:

• some older photos have no text description;

• some older documents and PDFs are not fully accessible;

• some embedded content from other websites (maps, weather widgets, webcams) may be hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard;

• some parts of how Google Sites works are not under our control.

We try to give new images text descriptions, and to write clearly.

Getting information in another format

If you can't use any part of this site, or you need information in another format (for example large print, a plain text email, or a phone call to talk it through), please contact us:

• Email: admin@uppernargardeners.uk

• Telephone: 0330 102 7467 (select option 3)

• Online: our Contact form

We will reply as soon as we can, normally within a week.

The same applies to our events: if you need any help to take part in a talk or visit, please ask us.
